The Human Rights Collection

Center for Human Rights and International Affairs collection at IWP Library 444x718This collection of books on human rights and soft power is maintained within the IWP library by the Center for Human Rights and International Affairs, a project of IWP and human rights group Good of All

These books are intended to serve as a resource for IWP students who are researching issues related to human rights around the world.  The collection is housed at the Center, located in Marlatt Mansion, and can be checked out by students at the Center via the regular IWP library system. 

The collection includes several books authored by endorsers of Good of All's Declaration on Soft Power, includingThe Missing Peace: The Inside Story of the Fight for Middle East Peace by Dennis Ross.  Other notable books include Soft Power: The Means to Success in World Politics by Joseph S. Nye and The Future of Freedom: Illiberal Democracy at Home and Abroad by Fareed Zakaria.

Books may be checked out at the Center's office from Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-5:45pm.
