How Effective Multilateral Diplomacy can save the Internet and the World

In the second lecture in a series on multilateral diplomacy organized by Ambassador Louise Oliver, Ambassador David A. Gross will discuss, "How Effective Multilateral Diplomacy can save the Internet and the World."

Ambassador Gross was the U.S. Coordinator for International Communications and Information Policy from 2001 until 2009. He is one of the world's foremost experts on international telecommunications, having addressed the United Nations General Assembly and having led more U.S. delegations to major international telecommunication conferences than anyone else in modern history.

The lecture will take place on Wednesday, February 24th, 2010, at 5:00 PM.  A question and answer session and a reception will follow.  Please RSVP to kbridges@iwp.edu
