Dr. John Lenczowski presents a certificate of participation to IWP Army Fellow Capt. Terry Parrisher, 23 April 2008

Captain Terry Parisher, the Institute's first intern from the US Army, completed his three-month tour at the Institute on April 25, 2008.  IWP presented Capt. Parisher with a Certificate of Participation in the Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational Internship Program which he completed at IWP while working closely with Institute professors, attending classes at the Institute, and performing independent research.

Capt. Parisher's young family joined Institute faculty and staff for a ceremony at which he received his certificate.  In a generous gesture of his appreciation of IWP, Capt. Parisher, an expert in the operation of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), presented IWP with an American flag that was carried on an operational Predator UAV mission in Iraq.
