Bibliography on Soviet Intelligence and Security Services

Edited by Raymond G. Rocca

The most authoritative bibliography on the Soviet KGB, its antecedents, and other Soviet security organs, from the 1920s through 1985. Containing nearly 500 titles, many of which are not available electronically, the book was edited by a former senior CIA official and a senior Soviet specialist at the Defense Intelligence Agency.

The Bibliography is divided into five sections: "Selected Bibliographies and Other Reference Works," "Russian/Soviet Accounts," "Defector/First Hand Accounts," "Secondary Accounts," and "Congressional and Other Government Documents."

It contains three appendices: a Glossary of Abbreviations and Terms, a listing of the KGB leadership, and a listing of the GRU leadership.
