A fitting legacy: Noted scholar's final lecture, given at IWP, is published in the journal Society

The journal Society has just published an article by the late professor Irving Louis Horowitz entitled "Relativists and Absolutists: Grand Strategies in a World of Fractured Norms."

The article is based on the lecture he presented at The Institute of World Politics on October 28, 2010. It was to have been Professor Horowitz's last public lecture.
