On Friday, January 18, Igor Munteanu, Moldovan Ambassador to the U.S. and Canada, discussed "EU and its Neighborhood in 2013: Can Moldova Change the Narrative?" at an event sponsored by IWP's Center for Culture and Security. IWP Distinguished Fellow Louise Oliver gave some introductory remarks, and Juliana Pilon, Director of the Center for Culture and Security, introduced Amb. Munteanu.
