Amb. Melady comments on future of Haiti

An article entitled "Haiti: Phase II" by IWP Senior Diplomat in Residence Thomas P. Melady was published in the National Catholic Reporter on January 20, 2010. Amb. Melady, who is also author of Development: Lessons for the Future, offers observations on the future of the Haiti and potential plans for economic development after the recovery from the recent earthquakes.
