Fox News hosts Dr Waller in Chavez debate

Fox News had IWP Annenberg Professor J. Michael Waller on its Dayside program on September 22 to talk about Venezuelan Hugo Chavez, in a live show that coincided with the dictator's incendiary speech in Harlem.
