Michelle Watson Roscitt was most recently a Board Advisor and consultant for The Robb Group Holdings, a research and development company that produces and delivers innovative diagnostics, methodologies, and resources to increase and transform sales, delivery and customer engagement models for leading high tech companies.
Michelle utilises her 16 years of Global Sales, Outsourcing Consulting, and Business Development experience in the High Tech, Telecommunications, and Networking industries to advise clients on: winning new business, growing top line revenue, and implementing winning turn-key strategies.
Through strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills Michelle developed a successful track record in establishing and maintaining relationships with CEO, CIO, CFO level executives. Creating strategic alliances with Networking partners such as Cisco Systems, and HP and thereby delivering innovative solutions tailored to client needs, Michelle created additional "outside the box" value to both British Telecom plc, and her clients. She excels in helping her teams to understand "C" level motivators and decision making processes enabling sales execs to effectively align and communicate with senior management and grow their corporate revenues globally.
For over 9 years Michelle worked for BT's outsourcing groups. As Vice-President for BT Solutions Michelle was responsible for leading North American and European based account teams and efforts partnering with AT&T Solutions on joint global network opportunities. With P&L responsibility in the Americas and European regions, her teams helped established some of the largest initial global outsourcing agreements with companies such as General Motors, Citibank and Siemens. Michelle managed over 100 employees on three continents, in global virtual teams for business development, implementation and project management.
As a Deputy General Manager for BT Syncordia, Michelle was responsible for leading BT Solutions global teams in telecommunications sourcing business development in the High Technology sector in the US and Europe establishing relationships with global companies such as Microsoft, and Compaq/HP that were seeking to realize the value and financial gains from Network outsourcing strategies.
During Michelle's role as a SVP and co-founder of Virgil Inc. a private International Telecom Company located in Poland and San Francisco, CA. she was responsible for establishing agreements with the Polish Government, grew revenues substantially and assisted in the sale of Virgil to Flamal, a diversified Polish company, seeking to enter the Polish telecommunication market.
Michelle began her Global Telecom Sales and Network Solutions experience working for various Cable & Wireless plc. Offices based in Atlanta Georgia, San Francisco California and London England.
Michelle holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from UK in Lexington Ky.; she studied Data Communications and International Business at Golden Gate University in San Francisco California, and participated in many years of Strategic Sales, and Global Business Development training while at BT.
Today, Michelle is a graduate student at the Institute of World Politics in Washington DC, where she is a candidate for a Masters in International Affairs and Statecraft. She continues to act as an advisor and consultant utilizing her expertise and global contacts with executives of various organizations ranging from large multi-national clients, to mid-sized firms. Michelle is very experienced and available for Guest Speaking and Presentations to Business and Industry Leaders. She is also a published poet.
