Prof. Bailey discusses Russian oil drilling near Cuba

In a recent Secure Freedom Radio broadcast, IWP Professor Norman A. Bailey discussed Russian energy companies drilling for oil off the U.S. coast in Cuban waters. Secure Freedom Radio is a project of the Center for Security Policy.
Prof. Bailey teaches economic statecraft at IWP, and is the President of the Institute for Global Economic Growth.
