Prof. Goble comments on South Ossetian leader in Russian daily

"South Ossetia and its leadership appear set to cause Moscow more headaches in the future."  That's one of the conclusions reached by IWP Adjunct Professor Paul Goble in a recent piece on the South Ossetian leader Eduard Kokoity, written for the 21 May 2009 edition of the Russian English-language daily, Moscow Times

Professor Goble is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable US scholars on the geopolitics of Russia, the Caucasus, and Central Asia.  His blog, Window on Eurasia, offers numerous examples of his expertise.  At IWP, he teaches a course entitled "Islam and Geopolitics in Eurasia."
