Prof. J. Michael Waller speaks about global public opinion as a force for change

On Thursday, January 24, Prof. J. Michael Waller participated in a panel discussion entitled "Getting the Word Out: International Powers Fight for Global Public Opinion Advantage." The discussion, hosted by Helle Dale at the Heritage Foundation, also featured Amy Zalman, Department of Defense Chair of Information Integration at the National War College; Ariel Cohen, Senior Research Fellow at the Heritage Foundation; and Dean Cheng, Research Fellow at the Heritage Foundation's Asian Studies Center.
