IWP Professor Juliana Pilon recently discussed "The Role of Psychological Operations in Strategic Communications" at a Heritage Foundation panel. Other panelists included Colonel Matt Venhaus, from the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict, U.S. Department of Defense, and Kevin McCarty, Former Director for Global Outreach (Communications), National Security Council.
Prof. Pilon is the Director of IWP's Center for Culture and Security.
