Prof. Sokolski asked by IAEA to assess safeguards

IWP Professor Henry Sokolski recently spoke at the International Atomic Energy Agency's eleventh international Safeguards Symposium. The panel in which Prof. Sokolski spoke was entitled, "Building Support for the Safeguards Mission: More Transparency, Funding and Safeguards Candor."

The IAEA is the world's central intergovernmental forum for scientific and technical co-operation in the nuclear field. Prof. Sokolski is the Executive Director of the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center and Former Deputy for Nonproliferation Policy, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy.
