Prof. Sokolski testifies on China's nuclear weapons and cyber capabilities

On March 26, 2012, IWP professor Henry Sokolski testified before the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission on "Developments in China's Cyber and Nuclear Capabilities."
Prof. Sokolski currently serves as Executive Director at the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center, and formerly has served as Deputy for Nonproliferation Policy at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy.
