Dr. Juliana Pilon's recently-released book Soulmates: Resurrecting Eve has been nominated for the Popular Culture Association/American Culture Association's 2011 Emily Toth Award.

The Emily Toth Award is for the best single work by one or more authors in Women's Issues in Popular and American Culture in a specific year. Emily Toth is a pioneer in both Women's Studies and in Popular Culture. She is Professor of English and Women's Studies at Louisiana State University and is the author of Unveiling Kate Chopin, and Kate Chopin (biography).
