Two IWP professors speak at international conference on health insurance

IWP Professor Barbara Billauer and Professor Norman Bailey recently presented a paper on universal health coverage at an International Conference on Challenges in Achieving Universal Health Insurance Systems.
The conference took place on February 28 in Mexico City, and was sponsored by the Social Security Institute of Mexico and the Ibero-American University.
