Kathy Carroll currently serves as Executive Assistant to the President and Development Officer at IWP.
Ms. Carroll is a proud native of Rochester, New York where she spent most of her working life in business and visitor/customer service.
From receptionist to administrative assistant to accounts receivable, Ms. Carroll has had hands on experience in all categories related to office management. Her first job began as a part-time position that rapidly evolved into a full time position managing a second office for one of the largest remodeling contractors in Rochester.
Often referred to as the “world’s image center,” Rochester is the home of Eastman Kodak Co, and the George Eastman House International Museum of Photography and Film. Ms. Carroll joined the staff of the GEH as the Group Tour Coordinator before being promoted to the position of Visitor Services Manager. She also served on the Board of the Visitor Industry Council of the Greater Rochester Visitors’ Association and as its chairman.
Ms. Carroll has an associate degree in merchandising from Maria Regina College, formerly of Syracuse, NY, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. John Fisher College of Rochester.
