IWP Senior State Department Fellowship
The IWP Senior State Department Fellowship provides two Executive Master’s Degree candidates with a yearlong opportunity for professional growth focused on developing and instilling the management skills and breadth of technical knowledge that is important for advancement into the senior ranks. The Fellowship directly serves the Bureau of Human Resources which strives to recruit, retain, and sustain a diverse, talented, and inclusive workforce that is prepared to advance U.S. national security interests and American values in every corner of the world.
Fellows will be immersed in a comprehensive study of the theory and practice of national security policy, process, and implementation. Significant attention is focused toward vital current policy issues, as well as understanding foreign cultures and the practices of foreign powers.
