Chris Glass is the Senior Vice President for Professional Affiliations at The Institute of World Politics.
Mr. Glass has over thirty-six years’ experience of program management leadership and small business ownership within the U.S. Government contracts services industry and intelligence community (IC). He has directed complex programs to include financial asset, human capital management, training, development, and information systems utilizing in-depth knowledge of the joint warfighting and joint operations planning environment.
He continues to serve as a senior Maritime Intelligence consultant assigned to provide SME analysis in support of national policy formation and recommendations for the Office of Naval Intelligence and Office of the Director of National Intelligence, engaged in the development of integrated strategies in coordination with interagency, private sector, and international organizations. He retired from the Navy with the rank of Captain, O-6.
A graduate of the United States Naval War College, he received his M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies, with Distinction in 2013. He also holds a B.S. in History and a B.S. in Political Science from Frostburg State University.
