Dmitry Kulik is the Director of Library Services at The Institute of World Politics. He is originally from St. Petersburg, Russia. He has a B.A. in Engineering from St. Petersburg Technical College, an M.A. in Statecraft and International Affairs from The Institute of World Politics, and M.S. Degree in Library Science from the St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture in Russia.
Before starting work at IWP, Dmitry interned at The English Speaking Union and The French Alliance.
In his leisure time, Dmitry enjoys skiing and windsurfing. He lives with his wife and two children in Alexandria, VA.
