Norman A. Bailey, an adjunct IWP professor, wrote an article about U.S. hemispheric security policy, that was published in the Summer 2005 issue of The National Interest.
The article, titled “Neglecting Our Neighbors,” examines the “lack of an operational definition of security common to at least the most important countries of the region,” and the general lack of U.S. leadership in the hemisphere.
