“We invented it. Let’s use it.” That’s what IWP student Hampton Stephens says in his August 24 column in TechCentral Station, urging the US to get smarter about using the Internet as a message medium in the world war on terrorism.
It is his second piece on the techno-defense website and his third on the subject this year. His first piece on internet public diplomacy, “Uncle Sam’s Blog,” appeared in the Boston Globe on March 14.
