Patrick Harvey, a policy officer in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor at the U.S. State Department, visited IWP on November 21 to discuss “Working at the State Department.” He described the mission and purpose of the government agency, what it’s like to work there, and how to get a job in the diplomatic corps.
His visit is part of the Institute’s efforts to assist its students and alumni with employment opportunities in their academic and professional fields.
