An Institute professor delivered a lecture on extramilitary means of counterterrorism and counterinsurgency to a group of international military officers at the National Defense University.
Dr. J. Michael Waller, Annenberg Professor of International Communication, addressed the officers June 19 as a guest lecturer at the Inter-Agency Coordination and Counter Terrorism Course.
The course is run by the National Defense University’s Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies at the National Defense University. Located at Fort McNair in Washington, DC, the school is the world’s premier center for joint professional military education. NDU is under the direction of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
