Prof. Mastrapa on Cuba: 52 years of the same communist behavior

Dr. Tania Mastrapa, Research Professor in Cuban and Latin American Studies, has published an article on Cuba for the Selous Foundation for Public Policy Research (SFPPR) News & Analysis Section. Her analysis demonstrates unequivocally that the communist regime ruling Cuba has not changed or liberalized its hostile, anti-American foreign policy since seizing power over half a century ago. Hence, Dr. Mastrapa argues, there are no valid reasons to soften Washington’s approach towards Havana. America, she continues, must not fall for Castroist Cuba’s pseudo-reformist charm offensive, which is, in reality, merely another communist deception operation.
