In a recent article published by Commentary Magazine, Professor Joshua Muravchik writes about the late Herb Romerstein, who had taught at IWP for many years.
In the article, entitled “The Man Who Knew Everything,” the Prof. Muravchik recounts personal encounters with Herb as well as Herb’s own experiences, from informing the FBI of communist activities in America to identifying Soviet forgeries. A “kid communist” in youth and an anti-communist to the end, Herb Romerstein was an invaluable soldier in the war against communism.
