KUR Journal publishes article by Prof. Tania Mastrapa on the looting of Cuba

Kunst und Recht, a bi-monthly journal of art and law that explores issues of art law, copyright, and cultural policy issues, has recently published an article by IWP research professor Tania Mastrapa.  The article, entitled “The Looting of Cuba: Where did it all go?” describes the seizure of artworks, antiques, jewelry and other valuables by communist regimes and the efforts of former owners and heirs to recover these items.
