Dr. Tania Mastrapa comments on property restoration in Cuba

IWP research professor Dr. Tania Mastrapa was quoted in a recent Reuters article on attempts to recover looted property in Cuba.  She emphasized the difficulty of recovering items like jewelry or paintings, which may hold sentimental value or be worth millions.
