On March 18, 2015, Professor Barbara P. Billauer gave a presentation on “The Legal Implications of Bionic Limbs and Exoskeletons” at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel.
Prof. Billauer is President of Foundation for Law and Science Centers and is a Research Professor of Scientific Statecraft at IWP.
