The Institute of World Politics and the Free Congress Foundation invite guests to a forum whereby experts in the field of national defense and foreign policy discuss the need for a new national security policy for the United States in the 21st century, with question and answer follow-up.
Starting with an assessment of the United States military capabilities then leading into what the strategic foreign policy goals of the United States should be for our own interests, and vis-à-vis our allies and adversaries.
Concluding with a discussion of a new, third way that is neither Isolationist nor Interventionist, but a balanced policy that promotes the best of America’s unique strengths using not just our military but our economic, diplomatic, cultural and moral strengths to ensure a Peace Through Strength model.
