About the lecture: Marek Kawa will examine bilateral Polish-American relations from the standpoint of parliamentary cooperation between the Polish Parliament and the American Congress from 1939-1990.
About the speaker: Marek Kawa is a lecturer at Korczak University. He is the author of one book, co-author of two, and has published articles in magazines such as First Things and The Polish News Monthly. In 2003, Dr. Kawa received his Ph.D. in Literature Science at the Polish Philology Institute of University of Opole, and he is currently the vice chairman of the Opole City Council.
