Kenneth A. Cohen is currently engaged in the real estate business. He was a practicing attorney at O’Melveny & Myers (Los Angeles) and the founding and senior partner of Cohen & Ziskin, a 26 attorney firm specializing in real estate and banking law. Mr Cohen started, and was Chairman and CEO of, The Bank of Beverly Hills. He has lectured and taught Banking Law at USC Law School.

Mr. Cohen received an AB from Brown University (Honors in Classics), an MA from the University of Michigan (Ancient Near Eastern Languages and Literature), and a JD from UC Berkeley (Boalt Hall) where he was on Law Review and a member of Order of the Coif.

Between 2007-2011, Mr Cohen volunteered as a Legal Assistance JAG attorney at the US Army Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA.
