Col. Larry M. Wortzel, PhD (USA, Ret.), will be speaking on “Military Strategy and China Today” at IWP on Tuesday, March 29 in the Military Strategy class (2:30-5:30 PM). Col. Wortzel is one of the foremost U.S. experts on China, serves on the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, and helped prepare the Commission’s annual report to Congress on China’s military and economy. He is also a former Army attaché in China.
