Col. Larry M. Wortzel, PhD (USA, Ret.), will be speaking on “Military Strategy and China Today” at IWP on Tuesday, April 20 in the Military Strategy class (2:30-5:30 p.m.). Col. Wortzel is one of the foremost U.S. experts on China and, as Vice Chairman of the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, is the author of Congress’s annual report on China’s military and economy. He is also a former defense attache in China.
