Provides national security, cyber intelligence, and business professionals with a better understanding of cyber terrorism. CTC addresses motive, means, and opportunity of cyber to cause terror: cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by cyber terrorists.

Paul de SouzaInstructor: Paul de Souza

Mr. de Souza has over 20 years of cybersecurity experience and has worked as the Chief Security Engineer for AT&T, where he designed and approved secure networks for MSS (Managed Security Services). Mr. de Souza also worked for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and US Robotics as a security engineer. He served as a Visiting Research Fellow at the National Security Studies, Tel Aviv University, Israel (INSS) – Cyber Security and Military & Strategic affairs Programs and completed the Executive Certificate Program in Counter-Terrorism Studies from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya in Israel.  Mr. de Souza has a Master’s in National Security Studies (M.A.) with a concentration in Terrorism from American Military University, West Virginia.
