Stephen’s Terms of Reference Podcast, hosted by Aidpreneur.com, consists of weekly conversations with an individual who has created success as a development or humanitarian aid professional. While all of the interviews are unique, Stephen ends each interview with the same question: what is the critical advice you would give to others about how to create the same success you’ve had? Stephen has listened to the answers given by over 50 guests. While each has their own twist, there are seven themes that are clearly present in all of them. These themes are the focus of this talk.
Stephen Ladek, a 2003 MA graduate from American University’s School of International Service, is an international development and humanitarian aid expert, social entrepreneur, and performance specialist.
