About the instructor: Chris Kay is a Senior Policy Advisor to Naval Intelligence and a retired Naval Officer, with over 20 years of management expertise in strategy and policy. A retired Naval Officer, and IWP alumnus with over two decades of management expertise in national security strategy and policy, analysis, international engagement, information warfare, trusted secure communications systems, and information assurance.
