About the Speaker
Scott M. St. Pierre is the Director of Enterprise Networks and Cybersecurity (OPNAV N2N6D) with the U.S. Navy.
Mr. St. Pierre was selected to the Senior Executive Service in 2021. Mr. St. Pierre oversees the daily operations of the division that develops policy, validates requirements, and allocates resources to the Navy shore business enterprise network environment and Navy cybersecurity. He serves as the Navy Senior Information Security Officer and the Navy Data Officer. In December 2014, Mr. St. Pierre was selected as the Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) Command Enterprise Information Technology Officer, a Senior Level Executive (SL) position, which included the duties of the Chief Information Officer, and Director of Cybersecurity for shore and business systems.
In July of 2023, Mr. St. Pierre was named Director of Enterprise Networks and Cybersecurity, relieving the one star admiral who whom he served as Deputy Director.
Mr. St. Pierre is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, where he received a B.A. in Russian Language and Literature in 1986.
Upon graduation, he received his commission in the Navy through the Reserve Officer Training Corps. Mr. St. Pierre is a certified Department of Defense Acquisition Professional in Program Management (0340) and IT Program Management (2210). He also completed his GSLC certification in 2017.
