Professional Experience
Mr. Danis is a career terrorism and counterterrorism specialist, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Military Studies and a Master’s degree in Security Policy Studies. He is a retired U.S. Army intelligence officer, and has served in the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, U.S. Coast Guard Intelligence, the Treasury Department, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the National Counterterrorism Center, and the National Defense University. He recently retired from the U.S. government after serving as the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) faculty chair to National Intelligence University for 4 years during its transition from the Defense Intelligence Agency to ODNI.
