COL Joel D. Price, USA

Colonel Price holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Idaho State University, a Master’s degree of Public Administration from Boise State University and is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College as a Fellow at the Institute of World Politics.
He was commissioned a Second Lieutenant from the ROTC Program at ISU. He attended the Engineer Officer Basic Course, the Engineer Officer Advance Course, Combined Arms Services Staff School, Command and General Staff Course, Logistic Officer Transition Course, and Installation Commander Pre-Command Course.
He was deployed with the 25th Infantry Division to Bosnia in 2002 and the 218 Infantry Brigade to Afghanistan in 2008. He developed skills in conducting interoperability missions and capability development of the militaries of several countries during these deployments. He recently completed command as the Commander of the Installation Support Unit, Gowen Field. His command and staff experience include Engineer Platoon Leader, Engineer Company Commander, Mobilization Planner, Director of Engineering and Housing, Director of Plans, Training Mobilization, Commander, Embedded Training Team and Deputy G4 (Logistics). He resides in Boise, Idaho.
