Former Vice President, CACI’s National Intelligence Solutions Group; Former Senior Executive on the National Security Council Staff
Professional Experience
Prof. John J. Quattrocki formerly served as Vice President at CACI’s National Intelligence Solutions Group. An expert on U.S. national security, Prof. Quattrocki is retired from the Senior Executive Service with 22 years of operational and policy experience. His work has focused on Russia, the countries of the (former) Warsaw Pact, East Asia, Islamic extremist groups, and domestic terrorist threats.
He has ten years of experience in national security policy development and implementation at the Senior Executive level on the National Security Council staff, where he served as a policy advisor to the National Security Advisor, Dr. Condoleezza Rice, and the NSC. In this role, he worked on counterintelligence policy, intelligence policy for the Global War on Terrorism, intelligence and security policy in homeland security matters, U.S. government policy in matters of classification and declassification, and U.S. intelligence community transformation and re-engineering.

Education
Prof. Quattrocki holds a B.S. in Political Science and an area of concentration in Constitutional Law from Northern Illinois University, and has studied at the Defense Language Institute and at the U.S. Air Force Academy.
