Sixteen interns from colleges and universities around the United States recently completed the IWP fall internship program. They worked on various research topics including cultural intelligence, Chinese influence operations in the U.S., the political economy of terrorism, threat assessments, and China’s role in shaping the future of the Asia-Pacific region. Here, they reflect on their experience doing research, assisting with institutional operations, auditing courses, connecting with IWP faculty and staff, and growing professionally.
“I highly recommend participating in an IWP internship to anyone interested in international relations.”
