Collin RottmannMy time as a research intern at IWP was full of intellectual stimulation and rigorous research. I was able to choose a topic that balanced relevance in the modern world and considered my background and academic passions.
Being surrounded by practitioners and career professionals to aid me on my journey and give me relevant advice to set me up for a career was surreal. But more importantly, I was surrounded by a group of peers of my age, who came from all over the country. No one person had the same background or interest, an aspect that I feel was very encouraging at a time in our careers full of ambiguity.
IWP’s internship program is a great place for people like me, who see a career in national security and international affairs, but don’t know where to start. I encourage you to come here, and I guarantee that you will gain information that will help you decide if this is the path for you.
