Something I loved about this program was the range of activities. Over the course of one semester, we got to write a research paper, visit museums and historic sites, meet fascinating people, mingle with professionals, deliver briefings, and play wargames. It was genuinely rewarding to gain so many new skills and experiences.
The briefings were my favorite part of the internship. Their real-world applications were clear, and they were a great opportunity to practice public speaking in a professional setting.
The research project was also an incredible opportunity to develop my research skills and work as part of a team to develop a product.
