On August 24th of 2017, Professor Marek Chodakiewicz was featured on PolskieRadio in a brief interview to discuss the differences between forced labor camps, concentration camps, and death camps used by regimes in recent history.
Professor Chodakiewicz explained the origins of such camps as a form of state-driven reprimand and control over its citizens. He highlighted specifically the variances in design between the camps of Soviet Russia and National-Socialist (Nazi) Germany to support his analysis.
