Prof. Sokolski to speak about START on 7/19 at Heritage

On July 19 at 12:00 noon at the Heritage Foundation, IWP Professor Henry Sokolski will discuss the New START arms control agreement.  Prof. Sokolski is the Executive Director of the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center, and is Former Deputy for Nonproliferation Policy, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy.
