IWP Professor Henry Sokolski recently spoke at the International Atomic Energy Agency’s eleventh international Safeguards Symposium. The panel in which Prof. Sokolski spoke was entitled, “Building Support for the Safeguards Mission: More Transparency, Funding and Safeguards Candor.”
