The Institute of World Politics was pleased to take part in the promotion of David Ray Pate to the rank of Major, which became effective on December 1, 2011.
MAJ Pate was pinned in a private ceremony with IWP President John Lenczowski and RADM David Rogers before IWP’s 16th Annual Pearl Harbor Day Dinner.
