In a recent visit to the Laogai Museum, a group of IWP interns presented the museum’s founder, Harry Wu, with a diploma for the honorary degree he received at IWP’s Commencement ceremony on May 19.
They received a personal tour of the museum from Mr. Wu, and learned about the 19 years he spent imprisoned in the Laogai and about his human rights advocacy.
